Unix Systems Administrator
Responsibilities:

* Installation of Sun Solaris Operating Systems and other software packages for the following test systems;

o LTX CPxxx Series
o Teradyne A3xx/A5xx Series
o ADI's LTS2020
o ADI's PCLTS
o ADI's CTS 5XXX Series
o ADI's LCT

* Qualifies new computer hardware/software for test platforms into ADI Test Network environment.

* Test Network infrastructure engineering, maintenance and troubleshooting by system administering includes other network services such as follows;

* Test Program Administration Project Team Member - Contributed various scripts for data backup and retrieval for test engineering. Done 1998-1999

* Designed the Test Network Plan for the 2nd Building of ADGT. Done May 2000

* Upgraded the main server of ADI Phils from Sparc to Enterprise 250 (Sun Microsystems). Done Mar 2000

* Y2K sub-Team Member of ADI Phils - Implemented Y2K tests on various test platforms securing from Y2K bugs. Done Dec 1999

PROMIS Application Engineer
Responsibilities:

* Write production flows through software called PROMIS, ADI's shopfloor control software

* Production/Engineering support on data extractions for report generation using UDMS and SafariWriter

* Manufacturing Operations systems analyst coordinating on PPC and operation supervisors for processes definition

* Conducting training of operators, supervisors, technicians and engineers with regards on PROMIS system

* Production support on PROMIS system on 8x6 basis and on-call duty during off days

Accomplishments:

* TQM Member of GTTESTBank - The Team solved the scheduling problem cause by inconsistent reporting of untested inventory versus scheduling report. Created the PROMIS scripts for solutions on reporting and inventory locating reconciliation. - Done 1997

* TQM Leader of LQA (Lot Qty Adjustment) Team - Study operations data and process for qty system encoding vs physical qty on each process. Solved by implementing guidelines on how to track the lots on the system. - Done 1997

* H-Prod Convertion Project - From Assy-Test-Graded Mtls-Backend-FG parts flows converted flows into single flow covering all ASSY-FG in order to support SRAT (single roof Assy Test) mgmt project. - Done 1998
